The Triangle Caregivers Conference June 23, 2009
The Triangle Caregivers Conference is a combined effort of the Alzheimer's Association, Eastern NC Chapter; Hospice of Wake County; and Resources for Seniors.
As the leading non-profit agencis in Wake County who focus on the aging community, their partnership in this event will bring the maximum benefit to the caregivers in their community as they share the methods and means for sources of respite, resoluton and resources.
