Board of Directors

Election to the Board of Directors occurs at the annual meeting during the Spring Conference.  Once elected, the Board Member will serve at a two year term. The Board of Directors is comprised of those interested in Adult Guardianship in North Carolina. Board Members may include attorneys, Clerks of Superior Court, practicing guardians, family members, employees of the NC Division of Aging and Adult Services, employees of Mental Health Managed Care Organizations, individual who previously experienced having a guardian, and others interested in guardianship.
